Company’s Brand: Represents the distinctive identity of MegaPari, setting it apart in the iGaming market.
Company Website: Includes domains that feature MegaPari’s branding, wholly or partially.
Company Products: Services provided through MegaPari’s resources, including betting and other gaming features.
Affiliate Program: A cooperative arrangement between MegaPari and partners, allowing affiliates to promote the brand using tools like referral links, advertising materials, and earn commissions.
Partner: A webmaster (individual or entity) responsible for attracting new users to MegaPari via the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate Account: A personalized dashboard for managing affiliate operations.
New Users: Players who register for the first time through a partner’s efforts and make an initial deposit.
Referral Link: A unique link containing a partner’s ID, used to direct traffic to MegaPari.
Earnings: Commission earned from the activity of new users.
Payout: Transfer of earnings from the affiliate account to the partner’s chosen payment method.
Advertising Materials: Various media used for promoting MegaPari, including banners, videos, and creatives.
Terms of the Agreement
General Conditions Only individuals aged 18+ can join the Affiliate Program. Violations may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings. The partner is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and ensuring compliance with local advertising regulations. MegaPari reserves the right to deny or terminate cooperation at its discretion.
Advertising Material Management Partners must ensure their promotional content adheres to MegaPari’s guidelines and is regularly updated. Misrepresentation or outdated materials may result in penalties, including suspension of accounts or payments.
Advertising must not feature illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
Traffic Sources Partners must disclose their traffic sources during registration. Concealment or non-compliance with MegaPari’s standards may result in account suspension or withholding of payments. Moderation services monitor traffic to ensure quality and legitimacy.
Use of Intellectual Property Partners are prohibited from using MegaPari’s branding, including logos, trademarks, or website designs, without explicit approval. Unauthorized use may lead to termination of cooperation.
Prohibited Activities Spam, contextual advertising with brand references, or incentivized traffic are not allowed.
Partners cannot register personal accounts using their referral links or engage in cookie stuffing to manipulate traffic data.
Commission and Payments Partners start with a 20% commission for three months, with potential increases based on performance. Payments are processed weekly, provided the earnings exceed $100. Delays may occur due to technical issues or traffic audits.
Compliance and Confidentiality Partners must protect confidential information, including earnings and agreements, even after the partnership ends.
Traffic Evaluation MegaPari monitors traffic patterns to identify fraudulent activities like bonus hunting or artificial traffic generation. Deviations from expected behaviors may lead to investigations, withholding of commissions, or account suspension.
